Located in the historic Cottontown neighborhood, in the original Dunn Electric Building, Indah coffee's new café and roasting facility as well as Circa Barber Shop's second location was a collaborative effort with SEED Architecture and Cason Development Group. Renovations included exterior updates such as storefront windows and new awnings. Interior features included custom woodwork details in the "cupping lab" by one of Indah's own, and restoration of the original Dunn Electric building mural, now located in the barbershop.

Both Indah and Circa embrace the richness of the Cottontown neighborhood and their role in revitalizing this block of Sumter Street. Cason Development Group has welcomed the opportunity to bring new life into an entire neighborhood one unique building at a time, and it has been a privilege for SEED Architecture and Montgomery Construction to participate in the effort to reclaim the life these historic buildings offer to the community while highlighting the stories these buildings can tell.
