Situated on Coleman Boulevard two blocks south of Shem Creek, the design requirements for what is typically a very utilitarian structure are vastly different from convention in the bustling city of Mt. Pleasant, SC. In the case of the Coleman Storage project, brick detailing and stucco veneer, storefront windows and curtain wall systems all work to conceal a storage facility within what would otherwise be presumed an office building.
