This project included renovations to the exterior of 1835 Gervais Street, home of Alfred Williams, and a tenant upfit of empty warehouse space for Rinehart Realty. The building, which was formerly cold and austere, was refreshed cosmetically with new paint, wood-wrapped entry alcoves and landscaping. A new roof and other exterior updates were included in the scope.
In Rinehart Realty's suite, a wood feature wall in reception repeats the look from the exterior alcoves. The open office environment allows light from new exterior windows on Gervais Street to flood the space, creating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere for the Rinehart realtors and marketing events.
