Built in the 1960s, this storage building was formerly Dave’s Transmission Shop in the North Main district. In 2018, the building was transformed into the new offices of SEED Architecture, Cason Development Group, GrayFox Strategic, and No BS Sales School. The building’s arched roof and steel bow trusses remain exposed above suspended lighting and ductwork. The original concrete floor was preserved and stained beneath new more contemporary interior walls and door styles, highlighting the marriage of new and thriving businesses within an older, industrial shell.
