Scope: 18,000 SF Renovation 22,000 SF Addition
The CAN Community Health Center was a schematic design concept of the renovation of the 1517 Gregg Street historical building, with a 22,000 square foot addition. Designed to blend the historical features into a modern twist, the building is a total of 40,000 square feet. Internally there are joint medical offices, as well as a training facility.
