Located on the third-floor of the Laurel Street MOB is the new Mirci Offices. Mirci specializes in essential health, behavioral sciences, and supportive housing for people in the community who are working through mental health issues. Combining two existing suites into suite 305, half of the third level is their clinical side of operations. This includes exam rooms, counseling offices, meeting rooms, and worker offices. The center also occupies suite 301 with their executive admin suite, which contains administrative offices as well as a large training room. Space programming and schematic design were used to create a layout that works best for the tenant and their clients, to create a safe and welcoming space for people who come from all walks of life. This upfit included design development, new finish selections, and contract administration for both suites.
