SEED is excited to announce we’ll be working with Loveland Coffee and Hill Construction on plans for their first storefront location in the heart of Irmo.

We believe this new location is exactly what Irmo has been waiting for and can’t wait to continue to offer great coffee and build a stronger community together.”
The 5,000 sq ft building will include a kitchen, ample seating (including large patio & private meeting space). Their current Roastery will also be moved into the space (visible from glass observation areas). Their drive through location at St. Andrews Road will continue to serve customers as well.
