SEED Architecture is pleased to be a part of the team working on a new Lexington showroom and warehouse for plumbing and HVAC supply wholesaler Gateway Supply Co. Other team members on the project include Boyer Commercial Construction of Columbia and Cason Development Group.
Site preparation began in July and the 12,000-square-foot building is expected to be complete before the year is out. The new location at Whiteford Way and N. Lake Drive in Lexington County, will more than double Gateway’s space from it’s current location at 5315 Sunset Boulevard.
