The Access 77 project is a multi-tenant, tilt-up, shell-building upfit. As an industrial park, it has the opportunity to host four tenants with the availability to have a storefront office/ retail space with an attached warehouse area. Each unit would be around 52,600 square feet with their individual covered entrances, and docking/ loading spaces. Parking at the main side of the building is connected for all tenants with access to the storefront entrances.
